What to expect

Our Recruitment Process for internal hiring is one of it's kind. It's not just an interview but a familiarization time.


To apply, you send us your CV, LinkedIn Profile and any other supporting information and we use that data to determine which candidates we should invite for further rounds. We get hundreds of wonderful applicants for each active internal position so it may take longer depending on the role and specifics


Once we receive your resume and LinkedIn, we refine our shortlists and initiate a Telephonic conversation. Ultimately, what we are looking for is - what makes you tick. We also give you an overview of the roles and expectations of working with us

Mini Project

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to be a part of a mini recruitment project. This would usually last for 5-7 days

This is what will Wow us - Demonstrating attention to details, creative sourcing skills, mapping, LinkedIn Activities, research & deliverability 

Zoom Call

Once we get a chance to review the project details, depending on the outcome a zoom call would be arranged. We would like to spend time knowing more about you. This would be a familiarization call which will help us know each other

Ask questions, be curious. This is the time you interview us. We want you to know as much as possible

Reference Check

Checking references helps gives us a flavor of what you are like to work with as well as what it will take for you to get the best experience possible from Staffio Search
