  • Hires right people (has made sound hiring decisions). Builds a high performing/effective teams
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, coach and guide. Actively engages team in building their individual growth plans
  • Manages conflict resolution in an appropriate manner. Helps individuals achieve more by constantly raising expectations and providing relevant support
  • Gives clear, motivating and constructive feedback, Solicits and acts on feedback
  • Fosters an inclusive culture where folks are valued and respected
  • Encourages and drives inter and cross team collaboration, Acts with integrity
  • Complete responsibility and accountability for one & own performance and team & performance. Ownership of all SDLC processes (definition, execution, continuous improvement)
  • Developing strategies, outlines tasks and schedules to accomplish the goals (this is for planning). Prioritizes based on business context and technical understanding.
  • Unblocks team members to help them deliver. Defines granular charter for the team to drives self sufficiency in the sub-teams 
  • Enable to the team identify repetitive issues and report them. Work with engineering and Devops team get them fixed
  • Helps ensure building and executing on a common charter between business and Ops
  • Participates and drives business and operations decision making which is aligned to the long term vision of the company
  • Work with Architects to create a technology vision. Enable the team to create & work on a tech initiatives to meet the tech vision.
  • Create or Contribute towards creation of the Product Vision. Set the product vision for the technology team. Drive Innovation around the product space. Help define the Product roadmap


  • Create technology platforms with a Long term view while balancing short term requirements. Drive the practice of continuous platformization to achieve the above
