Handle sales operations of modern retail formats of the company
Analyze sales trend for the region and suggest ideas to improve
Review sales performance store-wise/ category-wise/ month & year-wise & do target vs achievement analysis
Ensuring that display in store are as per display master and strategy.
Report category gaps considering current demands of catchment/ changing store & brand mix
Manage front end staff related to their recruitment, deployment, training and exit formalities
Ensure inventory management is efficiently done for the region — timely stock audits, compliance of stock audit , availability of right merchandise as per store plan & no pilferages at stores shall happen, reinforcing exchange policy with chains
Closely monitor competitors, track market trends and suggest relevant action points to HO
Take responsibility of sales staff by taking regular performance reviews, motivating & retaining them
Close coordination with marketing and planning department to ensure brand image and consistency.
