Overview: Overseeing marketing campaigns, creating a content strategy for SEO, evaluating what deals and offers to run, running all sorts of A/B testing and marketing experiments, setting up marketing automation, figuring out ways to increase AOV and LTV, working with other teams to improve the UX, establishing partnerships, monitoring NPS, and whatever else that needs to get the job done


  • We are looking for a growth hacker who has 5+ years of experience in online marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Design and run marketing campaigns & advertisements to acquire customers (farmers) through digital networks such as Google, Social media channels, Advertisement networks, etc
  • Work on the SEO and keyword strategy to ensure smoother app download and better company branding
  • Drive user acquisition through organic activities on social media channels
  • Brainstorm new and creative organic growth strategies. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • You will test and optimise marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. native ads, affiliate, mobile, etc.) and conversion rate optimisation (e.g. product funnels, landing pages, etc.)

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in using digital/social media to acquire B2C customers
  • Proficient in running paid advertising campaigns on Google, Social Media channels, Ad networks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools (Clevertap, Amplitude, etc.), marketing automation (MoEngage, Salesforce, etc.), Google Analytics, etc
